Pricing is based upon prior sale in USD $xxx per MTW CIF ASWP as follows:
Destination: ASWP
Quantity: XXX MT/month x XX months totaling XXXXX MTW/year
Packaging: Loose – bulk.
Delivery Schedule: Seller to specify for completion of total quantity and first shipment from date of confirmed L/C in Seller’s account.
Inspection: SGS by Seller. Any other independent international inspection company (such as CIQ and CCIC) would be used at Buyer’s expense if desired, but would not to be recognized as part of the payment documents.
Payment Terms: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable and Revolving Documentary L/C payable in US Dollars, 100% at sight of shipment against receipt of all documents required within 7 days of the contract signing from a Top 25 World Bank.
PBG Guarantee: 2% operative PG Bond to be issued by Seller.

Procedure:
Buyer issues LOI and BCL
Seller issues FCO.
Buyer Returns signed FCO issued draft contract with bank details.
Buyer signs/seals contract and return if acceptable as final and informs seller of LC opening in first Class Bank. Buyer opens non-operative LC. This is activated as the Seller issues PB. Hard copies of contract are signed and exchanged via courier service Validity 5 banking days (imperative).
